Everybody can benefit from yoga – nobody is too stiff, too old, too young, too large or too unfit.  Yoga really is for every body.

My aim is that students will leave a yoga class feeling good – a better version of themselves.

Nowadays life can be so fast-paced and busy that we are often left feeling disconnected.  We can feel tired all day yet struggle to sleep at night and stress can become such a familiar state that we forget how it feels to relax.  Our bodies often become a physical manifestation of our mental state – tightness and tension creep in and we can feel lethargic. 

Time spent in a yoga class will be time dedicated to yourself and your well-being. The Hatha Yoga style I teach will bring about many benefits and with consistent practice these benefits can extend beyond the mat. Students will learn to establish a connection with their body and their breath and will be amazed by the positive effects this can have on their daily lives.  Mindfulness meditation techniques will be used throughout classes to induce a calm and relaxed state of mind.

Learn Yoga With Chloe Snowdon

I am a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga Diploma Teacher. The two years spent studying for this Level 4 qualification have given me the skills to teach a range of yoga practices to people of all levels and abilities. My own learning develops as I continue to attend workshops and regular classes.
